Implementation and onboarding
Garansure replaces lengthy insurance software projects with a structured onboarding process focused on configuration, product setup, and rapid deployment.
Because Garansure is a multi-tenant SaaS platform, each insurer, MGA or broker is onboarded into a dedicated environment rather than a custom-built system. This allows new organizations to go live quickly while maintaining strong governance, security and operational control.
From contract to production in a structured flow
Implementation follows a defined lifecycle covering commercial setup, platform configuration, product build, integration and go-live readiness.
Most implementations follow a predictable path from tenant setup to first live insurance product within weeks, not months.
Day 1 — tenant and platform setup
Onboarding begins with the creation and configuration of your dedicated tenant environment.
- Tenant creation (insurer, MGA or broker)
- Organisational details and operating model (B2B, B2C or hybrid)
- Locale, language and country configuration
- White-label branding (logo, colours, theme defaults)
- Custom domain setup with DNS TXT verification
- Optional setup of broker or sub-broker hierarchy
- Email, signature and optional Google Analytics configuration
This phase establishes the foundation of your secure, isolated insurance environment.
Weeks 1–2 — first product build
The first insurance product is designed and configured collaboratively with your team through structured onboarding sessions.
- Product structure (plans, guarantees and coverage design)
- Customer quote and buy journey configuration
- Question sets, eligibility rules and underwriting logic
- Integration with external pricing or rating APIs
- Policy and document template configuration (PDF/IPID/wording)
- Digital signature configuration (e.g. Docusign, Namirial, Yousign)
- Commission structures and partner rules
- Consent flows (privacy, terms and marketing versions)
Once configured, the product is tested in a staging environment before production release.
User access and role setup
Access control is configured to reflect your organisational structure across insurers, MGAs, brokers and sub-brokers.
- Invitation of tenant administrators and underwriters
- Partner and sub-partner user setup
- Role assignment (admin, partner, underwriter)
- Secure user registration and password setup
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) for privileged users
This ensures that each user operates within clearly defined permissions and governance boundaries.
Broker and partner enablement
Distribution partners are configured to support live insurance operations across your network.
- Assignment of products to brokers and partners
- Partner-specific branding overrides (where applicable)
- Commission configuration per partner or distribution channel
- End-to-end testing of quote-to-buy journeys
Your partners can operate under their own branding while remaining fully connected to your central insurance platform.
Go-live process
Once testing is complete, the platform is moved into production.
- Switch to production domain with TLS enabled
- Final tenant sign-off
- Operational handover and admin documentation
- Support and escalation contacts established
- Optional hypercare period for early-stage monitoring
At this stage, your insurance products are fully live and available through your configured distribution channels.
Ongoing configuration and scalability
After go-live, new products, brokers and distribution partners can be added without re-implementing the entire system.
- Reuse of product templates and question libraries
- Rapid onboarding of new brokers and sub-brokers
- Configuration-based updates (no system forks)
- Platform-wide feature updates applied automatically
This ensures that the platform scales operationally as your insurance business grows.
What you provide during onboarding
- Legal entity and organisational details
- DNS access for custom domain configuration
- Pricing or quotation API credentials
- Policy documents, IPIDs and wording templates
- Brand assets (logo, colours, design guidelines)
- Named administrators and broker contacts
- Underwriting authority and approval matrix
Typical timelines
- Tenant setup and white-label: ~1 day
- First product go-live: ~3–4 weeks
- Additional products and brokers: weeks, not months
